SSL Certificate Update

We have received a recommendation from a supplier that we should re-issue the custom SSL certificates we have in place, as best practice security measure.

Whilst we have been informed that no GBG systems are at risk, we will always follow recommendations to ensure the utmost security.

On Tuesday 27 August, Imperva informed us they are investigating a security incident on their platform that has potentially impacted some of their customers.

Imperva has confirmed that GBG data has NOT been exposed, but we are still following their best practice guidelines and re-issuing the custom SSL certificates we have in place, as routine security procedure.

Date of Change: 12th September 2019: 0830 – 0900 BST

The change should not affect your ability to access the platform as it is a direct replacement of the existing certificate that has been replaced in this way several times before and is seamless to internet browsers.
